Roger Cabe, MNA, began volunteering with Vision Outreach International in 2002.  Nine years later he became the the Executive Director of the organization in the fall of 2011.

Roger  also oversees Global Sight Alliance, a collaborative effort with the ASCRS Foundation. This networking web portal joins together global eye care professional with global eye care needs.

Roger has become familiar with all elements of operations. He has assisted in 25+ international mission endeavors and is in charge of the daily oversight of the organization, its goals, and its mission. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Team.
